We've already been able to celebrate the asparagus season and now it's time for the next amazing ingredient: fresh chanterelles! From June 20th onwards, the delicious forest creatures are available in a variety of forms on our menu, but be careful: get your hands on them quickly because the little mushrooms are few and far between! In the evening we will guide you through our small private craft brewery followed by a beer tasting and a beer menu. The next day, your group will explore the historic Christmas town of Coburg as part of a city tour, followed by drinking mulled wine at the Coburg Christmas market. And if you like, you can also add a pre-Christmas visit to the glassblowing town of Lauscha.
